Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

• Unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
• Returned within 30 days of the delivery date
• In its original packaging (where applicable)

The following items are non-returnable:

• Undergarments and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
• Customized or personalized items
• Items purchased during final sale or clearance events
• Gift cards

Refund Policy

• Full Refund: Items returned in original condition within 30 days receive a full refund to the original payment method.
• Partial Refund: Items showing signs of use or missing tags may qualify for a partial refund at our discretion.
• Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your return. It may take an additional 3–5 business days for the amount to appear on your statement.
• Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product).

Exchanges

If you'd like a different size, color, or style, you can request an exchange instead of a refund.

• Exchanges are subject to availability of the requested item
• If the replacement item is a different price, we will charge or refund the difference
• Exchange shipments are free of charge
• One exchange per original order is allowed

Damaged or Defective Items

Received a damaged or defective item? We're sorry! Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number
• Photos of the damage or defect
• A brief description of the issue

We'll arrange a free return pickup and send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.

International Returns

International orders can be returned, but please note:

• Return shipping costs for international orders are the responsibility of the customer
• Customs duties and taxes paid at import are non-refundable
• Processing time may be longer due to international shipping
